Refund & Cancellation Policy

Credits are a digital, consumable product. Generating an image spends credits. Because credits are delivered and used immediately, credits that have been used are non-refundable.

If a generation fails or is interrupted on our side before you receive a result, the credits for that generation are automatically returned to your balance. You do not need to request this — it happens automatically.

Credits purchased in a one-time pack are, in principle, non-refundable, whether used or unused, and unused pack credits expire 90 days after they are granted. If a purchase was defective or something went wrong, please contact us and we will look into it.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from “Manage weekly plan” in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep access through the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again after that. We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for the remainder of a billing period. See the subscription section of our Terms of Service for full details.

Prices for credit packs and subscriptions are shown at the point of purchase. The price that applies to any purchase is the price displayed to you at the time you buy.
